Welcome back to the Make a Baby podcast. I’m Carolina Sotomayor, your womb healer and Reiki
Reiki womb healer and podcast host. I hope you’re having a fabulous Tuesday. This is episode 105, how to open your womb in one minute. The reason, the reason why your womb is important to have open is you want every single energy center known as the chakra To be open and flowing, connecting all parts of your body, so you’re in full alignment and in full optimal health.
When a chakra is closed, That means that area of the body is suffering, could be in pain, is imbalanced, and that is a physical manifestation of a stuck emotion, a stuck emotion in the body. Can I speak today? Goodness gracious. Um, so when we have a womb. or sacral plexus chakra that is closed that can cause infertility.
The reasons why it can be closed are a number of contributing factors. It could be stuck trauma related to fear, resentment, anger, confusion. It could be too much masculinity, meaning like masculine decisions or leading with masculine behavior, forcing things to get done. Or forcing things like forcing a square peg through a circle hole, um, or a peg hole, whatever the saying is.
But we want to open your womb because if you’re trying to conceive, And, or if you are pregnant, you want your womb to be open for optimal health. Your womb has to be open in order to conceive. Um, signs that it is closed, are you not conceiving? Most women come to me who are trying to conceive, they need that womb open, um, that chakra open.
Um, and the reason why, it’s because they are usually, um, needing some inner child healing. They need to heal a father or mother wound. Um, they need to heal any losses that they may have had. They might have fertility trauma. Conceiving your baby and Having potential losses or enduring disappointing medical procedures or painful medical procedures or disappointing doctor visits.
All of that is very, very difficult. And that can in turn give you trauma. And we need to learn how to release emotions versus stuff them. We are taught how to stuff them or be quiet or not to feel all relate all of our emotions. And then release them. So today we’re going to talk about, especially if you’re having an emotion that comes up, if you feel disappointed, if you feel upset, if someone angers you, this is one exercise you can do right now, 100 percent free too, that you can do to transition your energy, ground yourself and work through it so your womb can be opened and stay opened.
And again, Transcribed You, your womb needs to be open in order to conceive. If you are pregnant, you want to keep that womb open so that you can stay connected to baby spiritually, energetically, physically, and also to make sure that baby is optimized as well for your pregnancy. And we want to make sure that womb is open, especially when you go to give birth.
So you have a less complicated birth. So the first thing is to understand that you need to be in a safe place when we do this exercise. You can’t be driving. You need to be part, or you need to be sitting still, or you need to be lying down. It’s really important that you’re still. So, And we’re going to set the intention of groundedness, we’re going to set the intention of restoring our power back to us.
And I want you to, we’re going to say a phrase, it’s three words, they are physically amazing transformative words. After every time that we say these three words, you’re going to take a deep breath in through your nose. And then you’re going to push that down into your pelvis, hold it for a count of two, three, four, and then exhale through your mouth.
It’s super important to remember that the inhale and the exhale or the inhale through your nose and the exhale through your mouth, this needs to happen after every affirmation that’s said. It’s important because this is going to allow you to physically shift the emotion out of your body And allow you to move through it to a higher vibration at the end.
These are the three words repeat after me. I Am safe and we’re gonna say this probably ten times and you’re gonna see Your shoulders are going to be less tight and they’re going to probably lower. Your tongue is probably not going to be at the top of your mouth. Your jaw is going to slowly become unclenched.
And this is because when your womb is closed, you are in fight or flight. You’re in survival mode. So we need to tell your body, hey, what, we’re not, we don’t need to be on high stress. We don’t need to be on threat alerts. We need to be in a safe mode. We need to be in healing mode. We can relax now. So that is the whole intention with this exercise that just takes one minute to move you out of fight or flight into healing relaxed mode.
You ready? Okay. Take a deep breath in through your nose. Allow that to go over your head and down your spine into your womb for a count of 2, 3, 4. And exhale, 2, 3, 4. Beautiful. Repeat after me. I am safe. Take a deep breath in. Allow that to go over your head, down your spine, into your womb for a count of two.
3, 4, and exhale, 2, 3, 4. I am safe. Take another deep breath, and exhale. Repeat after me. I am safe. Take note of your body. Take note of what you’re feeling. Can you, can you feel your muscles soften? Your shoulders drop? Take a deep breath in through your nose. Allow that to go over your head, down your spine, for a count of two, three, four, and exhale through your mouth.
I am safe. Do you feel the difference? Every time that we say I am safe, we’re integrating and we’re relaxing and we’re feeling That safety return to our bodies. This is what it feels like to be grounded. This is what it feels like to feel whole. This is what it feels like to be collected in our bodies.
And this is very powerful when you are collected and grounded like this. How you make decisions is different than when you are stressed and you’re not collected and grounded.
